Torben Klitgaard

Torben Klitgaard is the Director of BLOXHUB – a Nordic community and co-working space for everyone who works with sustainable urbanization. As Hub Director, Torben bridges architecture, engineering, design, construction and digitization, and is a driving force behind the BLOXHUB activities and programs which are designed to unlock the full potential of the member’s businesses through partnerships. Torben Klitgaard comes from a position as Director in Bips – Denmark’s largest professional network for digitizing construction. He holds an M.Sc in Economics, an M.Sc in Information Management and an MBA in construction.

Dr. Ann Forsman Sachs

Technical Area Manager, Ramboll

Ann is the technical area manager for BIM & Digitalization for Ramboll Sweden and a practicing architect. She lends her BIM and architectural expertise to BIM- and CAD-related operations and optimization in a variety of projects as well as assisting in technology development for Ramboll's internal operations. She holds a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University and completed her Doctorate at the University of Edinburgh before moving to Stockholm. As a LEED Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council since 2008, Ann has always placed a high priority on sustainability, one that she believes can and should be aided by smart BIM solutions. Before pursuing her doctorate and moving to Sweden, Ann worked in both the US and China on large-scale healthcare and urban planning projects with high BIM and sustainability demands.

Ann is the technical area manager for BIM & Digitalization for Ramboll Sweden and a practicing architect. She lends her BIM and architectural expertise to BIM- and CAD-related operations and optimization in a variety of projects.

Joakim Örn

Responsible Project Management, Veidekke

Joakim Örn is responsible for Veidekke Sweden’s digital and involving way of working. He is driving digitalisation in several different areas within Veidekke and is responsible for the strategy in that field. He is also the Swedish representative in FIEC’s (European Construction Industry Federation) working group Construction 4.0, that are working towards the furthering of digitalisation of the industry in Europe.

Joakim Örn

Responsible Project Management, Veidekke

Joakim is responsible for Veidekke Sweden’s digital and involving way of working. He is driving digitalisation in several different areas within Veidekke and is responsible for the strategy. He is also the Swedish representative in FIEC’s working group Construction 4.0.

Emil Augusston

Head of Virtual Design and Construction, Veidekke

Emil Augustsson is head of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) in Sweden. In his role he is responsible for implementing VDC widely within the company, as well as strategy and development regarding VDC. These methods are successfully being used in Veidekkes projects and have proven to be valuable in a wide range of projects, such as Sweden’s biggest office building, large residential areas, tunnels, bridges, hospitals, underground parking garage etc.

Emil Augusston

Head of Virtual Design and Construction, Veidekke

Emil is head of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) in Sweden. In his role he is responsible for implementing VDC widely within the company, as well as strategy and development regarding VDC. These methods are successfully being used in Veidekkes projects.

Matthew Jackson-Skarenstedt

Global Marketing Manager, BIMobject

Matthew drives BIMobject’s global end user marketing strategy. His responsibility is to work towards BIMobject’s goals of not just growing this user base but also the engagement and activity growth through marketing activities. Also supporting the global marketing team assisting on major regional projects and collaborating with all departments which relate to end users. He is a central resource for all knowledge and trends on the end users and the broader construction industry. Studying architecture at Brighton University, UK, Matthew began his career designing education and healthcare projects for government projects. He moved into software specialisation and technical consultancy first working with Apple and then with Autodesk at the start of the UK BIM boom delivering BIM consultancy and solutions into a number of prestigious companies in and around London. Matthew has worked for BIMobject for over six years

As the founder of BIMobject, Stefan Larsson has established the world’s leading platform for digital building products along with a rapidly growing user community. Stefan is a digitalisation enthusiast and BIM pioneer who isn’t afraid to tackle the big questions, driving the development of a globally sustainable construction industry with honed innovative spirit. Drawing from his over 30 years of BIM knowledge and leadership experience in international IT businesses, he and the BIMobject team create cutting-edge solutions that make complex processes accessible and profitable throughout the supply chain. Stefan combines deep technical understanding of programming, CAD, 3D-modelling, and Virtual Reality with marketing strategy, sales process, and business development expertise from a wide variety of fields, resulting in a keen eye for new opportunities. Today, BIMobject operates in a number of markets across the world and continues to follow a global growth strategy.

Carl Silbersky

Carl is is the CEO of BIMobject and a Swedish citizen, who holds a BA degree in Finance and Capital Markets from University of Brighton. He joined BIMobject in November 2018 as SVP of Corporate Development before becoming CEO in October 2019. After starting his career with 5 years in KPMG’s consulting and transactional services, Carl became a successful serial entrepreneur and business leader. He has developed and run several tech companies. For example, as CEO of Polar Rose, a Swedish facial recognition tech company, Carl was the driving force behind both the fast growth and the divestment of the company which was acquired by Apple. Some of the other companies Carl has been involved in include SafeSolutions, SettleBox and Tactel.

Stéphane Deschênes oversees marketing and operations at AEC Daily, including course production, web development and finance functions. Prior to co-founding AEC Daily in 2000, Mr. Deschênes spent 15 years in marketing and advertising in a variety of product & service categories. He is experienced in the automotive, financial services, packaged goods, and hospitality sectors. A veteran of the internet since the mid-1980’s, he led the team that built, in 1996, the first website to sell and issue an insurance policy online.

Florian Kaiser

Florian Kaiser is Partner and member of the Management Board at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, a German top management consultancy. After graduating as Industrial Engineer at TH Darmstadt and obtaining an M.Sc.-Degree at the University of Linköping (Sweden), he started his career at Homburg & Partner in 2001. In 2006 Kaiser joined Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, where he is responsible for the construction and electronics industry. He regularly publishes articles in industry and business media and is a demanded speaker on top management topics. Regular project topics are strategy development, go to market and digitalisation among others at leading building product manufacturers.

Alejandro Lorca

Senior Partner, L35

Alejandro is senior partner and director of L35. He leads and promotes design teams for complex developments from the office in Madrid. On recent years, he has coordinated the works of architectural and engineering studies for international projects. He graduated in architecture, with a specialization in Structure Design (1993), from the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Madrid. He also studied his master’s degree in Building Renovation (1995) at the same school. He rounded up his professional experience working for prestigious studios, as well as an independent professional, until he joined L35 in 2004.

Alejandro is senior partner and director of L35. He leads and promotes design teams for complex developments from the office in Madrid. On recent years, he has coordinated the works of architectural and engineering studies for international projects.

Hampus Jakobsson

VC, Blueyard Capital

Hampus Jakobsson is a climate investor and prior to the current focus he worked at Berlin based Blueyard Capital and led investments into areas such as fusion, stem-cell meat, and quantum computing. He has started and built two international companies, angel invested in more than 100 startups, and rarely use his computer science degree anymore.
